Accomodation
We offer two cabins, eight RV rentals, the Dome, and the Forest Lodge. If these are not included in your individual event rental agreement, you can book them separately – find out more here.

Choose between the Dome, our charming cabins or opt for a more exclusive experience at the Forest Lodge — each space thoughtfully designed to make those precious moments truly unforgettable.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of the booking to guarantee your reservation. Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit and a copy of your booking information will be emailed to you for your files. We will honor your reservation by not offering your dates to anyone else. Our Cancellation Policy is 30 days prior to your event, so please be sure to call within that time period or send us an email if you are not able to keep your reservation. We will confirm your cancellation with a written email for your files. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice for the full facility, we reserve the right to fully charge for the event venue which we are unable to secure a replacement booking. We will issue a full refund, less the non refundable deposit fee provided we are able to rent the facility to another group for the entire reserved period.
Cannabis friendly
We’re a cannabis-friendly space — please enjoy responsibly in our designated outdoor smoking areas. Most accommodation rentals include cozy firepit spaces for your comfort.
Catering
Our culinary experts, Lenard and Kelly from RV Pub & Grill, will be happy to provide delicious food throughout the day. Alternatively outside caterers are welcome, as well.
Decor
We do not provide any decor, except small items for candles or vases which can be found in the rental equipment catalogue
Liqueur license
Planning on providing alcohol to your guests at one of our locations, no matter if you provide it for free or sell the drinks, AGLC requires a license. All information and how to apply online https://aglc.ca/liquor/liquor-licences/apply-liquor-licence/liquor-licences-private-special-events
Pets
We love animals – furbabies are welcome ! That being said there is also wildlife that frequently visits, especially around the Forest Lodge. We ask you to keep your furbaby on a leash and close to you. We would like all animals to be safe! We accept two dogs or cats per booking for overnight stays at a small fee of $50.

Rental Equipment

RVs / Tents - Can we bring RVs or tent on the properties?
If you rent one of our properties for events, you can bring RVs from friends or put up tents. This will be at no additional charge, however we apply a charge of $250 in case of severe littering.
Spa, Sauna & more

Transfer Service from-to Edmonton
